Superb Product! 5 people found this helpfulI use mine to scan my old Super 8 films, frame by frame. After I get the scanned frames on SD card, I use Blender to animate these images into an MP4 digital movie. This is by far the best way to convert old films into digital format without the flicker of a projector bulb and the debris that builds up in the lens and apparatus. It is time- consuming, but results in the best digital movies possible. No other method gives this great quality. And I can leave the film in the unit where it is, and come back later to pick up where I left off. Just advance to the next frame, then press the button with the camera icon.

Simple to use. 3 people found this helpfulWe found numerous old 35mm slides and negatives when clearing out. Needed a way to archive them onto my Mac. The solution was a Megasonic SF71 which I got from Amazon in the UK. First impression was how large the screen was. Very well put together with sturdy adaptors. In use the scanner is very simple and the menues are easy to navigate. The results are excellent. Made contact with Megasonic customer service relating to a question I had. Julie was excellent and quickly and efficiently sorted my query.

Magnasonic All-in-One Slide and Film Scanner 1 people found this helpfulThe product worked perfectly as advertised. I bought this to replace an older scanner that awkward to use to scan family slides. Although you load one slide at a time the process was very easy to develop a process. I recommend this product.
