Everything is as described. It's been operational for a month with no down side. I haven't used the radio or alarm other than make sure they work. Love the ceiling projection of time which is the primary reason I bought the clock. We had similar that lasted for nearly 15 years before the projection feature quit. The usb connection is a plus.
