I use them for my dentures everyday. It gets them hot enough to sanitize them in just a few minutes. As far as the deep cleaning, I use half a tab and it breaks loose the glue I wasn't able to get before hand. But you still have to brush them afterward. It doesn't do all the deep cleaning but it does help.
