We bought this mostly to see how projecting the time onto our wall or ceiling at night would work. This works great. you can adjust the size, the clarity and the brightness easily. NOTE: when you first get it, it may be way off in terms of either of those 3 things....play with the adjuster knob and it gets MUCH better. And what convenience to be sleeping, wake up at night and just have to peek at the wall or ceiling to see the time!
