We tried using this machine twice the small reel and a big one. The small one processed it out half way through the picture was bouncing. For the big reel there was not enough tension so the empty reel could not hold all the tape. We had to help put tension on the reel the whole hours. We were able to transfer it came out jumpy. We don’t know if it was defective but we ended up returning it as defective and going to try a different kind.
