This machine works well. Its results will never match a steam cleaning done by a professional jeweler, but the improvements are noticeable when I clean my good jewelry. Sometimes it is necessary to use a brush of some sort to get all of the particulates off, but for a home cleaning job it works very nicely. Worth the price.
