I was told this clock would give the time once plugged in. It does not. And there is no way to talk to anyone by phone to get it set up. The directions are impossible to understand and there is no help by phone. Do not buy this clock radio. This company is the worst in its product and customer support for set-up questions. I had to look up the phone number because the booklet does not give it. Then when I called, they said one cannot get customer support by phone. THE WORST!!
