Unless I'm doing something horribly wrong (I don't think so) this doesn't work at all. I've tried adding jewelry cleaner to help but my jewelry does not get cleaned in the slightest. Unfortunately I waited way too long to try it so I can no longer return it. I might keep trying to see if I can figure out a solution, but as of now I say skip these cheap ones and invest in the better ones if you really need your jewelry cleaned. My wedding ring isn't even that dirty and it still stays exactly the same. I'll have to find a different way to clean it. Or spend money I don't want to spend on one of the more expensive versions.
