It is easy to use. It's cleaning capabilities are decent I put my jewelry on the highest setting and they come out pretty clean but really you have to use cleaning solution to see really good results, honestly I feel like it should come with it's own bottle of cleaner. And the noise it puts off is somewhat loud... It's like a buzzing sound.
