I'm pretty pleased with this cleaner. My wife wears a mouth appliance at night for Apnea. She soaks it in Denta Soak each morning for 15 minutes. Each week I use the cleaning liquid and warm water in the ultrasonic cleaner, and it comes out looking really clean. Then I make a fresh batch of soak for the current week. We haven't tied it on jewelry yet, but we will.
