Perfect 1st Alarm for Kids. I have two boys, 8 and 10. They wanted to get up on their own in the morning instead of me getting them up. I bought them both this alarm. They love it. The best part of this alarm is, you can set it to skip weekends. For example, my oldest, set his alarm to wake him up at 6am (Mon through Friday / no weekends) with a regular tone. My youngest, set his alarm to wake him up at 6:10am (Mon through Friday /no weekends) with a radio station. Other alarms wake you up on Sat and Sunday mornings if you forget to turn them off. You never have to worry about turning off this alarm. The kids also love the projector on the wall.
