Too complicated! 0 people found this helpfulI found this clock radio much to complicated to use. I'd have to drag out the manual every time I needed to change the alarm time. Phooey! Even the dimmest setting on the clock was too bright for me, so I'd shut off the light and then never knew what time it was when I'd wake up in the middle of the night. I couldn't win.

Almost perfect 0 people found this helpfulI was really happy with this purchase initially but like some other users our clock stopped working after a few months of normal usage. I tried reaching out to customer support but a message says they're not available and it hangs up on me. I'm really disappointed because we shouldn't have to purchase another clock one year in.
