It started making a horrific high-pitched squealing noise like a baby pig being tortured. Sounds like metal on metal. I rather have teeth drilled on for 6 hours then have to endure the noise. It's clearly made by the same manufacturers as the others on Amazon and this is my seconds one but from a different company. I had to send Wolverine's version back because the light dimmed.Other than that the thing does as advertised.
